I personally-Tony Barajas-Food Safety Instructor/Proctor, had impending doom looming over me. I sadly had acumulated points, in California, within a 24 month period, and seriously was facing a license suspension. Two of these points, were due to driving circumstances out of my control, but DMV fighting, vs. work and so forth, did not allow me time to fight my points accumulated. When I least expected it, I had recently had a silly ticket, for driving on the shoulder of a freeway; I was not familiar with, I did this in hopes of exiting the freeway due to a horrendous traffic jam in the San Diego County area in California. I was able to get rid of that last point, that had fallen almost literally on a day or two within the time frame of that 24 month period. It was the very point that would have my drivers license suspended. That would be a death sentence to my profession. As my profession depends on my being able to DRIVE from point A to point B.
